An MEMTherapy session is a non-intrusive method that lets you move quickly from a negative aspect of your life to a positive side of life. This is done by finding the actual cause of your personal problem (which we refer to as the trigger) and guiding you towards dis-creating or eliminating it.

In life, as individuals, we are either at the effect of life (not doing well) or winning at life (just being happy and knowing how to stay there). Having the knowledge of how a negative aspect of your life was created initially means you will never knowingly recreate it again. This simple but highly effective approach allows you to take back the control in your life and find the real you!

Sessions are conducted online via Zoom. If you are more comfortable with a face-to-face session, Claire is available in the North East/North Yorkshire area of the UK and can discuss visiting you if this is your preference.
