Fulfillment and Refunds policy

Hypnotherapy Sessions with Claire Abbey can be cancelled up to 72 hours before a pre booked appointment and your payment will be returned to you less PayPal fees. Claire will be able to re-fill this session from her waiting list.

Any cancellations less than 72 hours before a pre booked Hypnotherapy Session appointment will not be refunded as you have not given Claire enough time to refill the booking with someone else.

If you are unwell, Claire will rearrange your appointment on one occasion so you do not lose the session opportunity. However please be aware this can be 2 - 3 months later and will be selected in accordance with Claire’s schedule. You will only be reappointed once, then the session fee will be forfeited on the second occasion.
