The first part of your SCHH® session begins with you spending some time with Claire. She will have sent you a questionnaire to fill in prior to your appointment and you will go through this together in greater detail and discuss what you would like to achieve within the appointment.
Following this will be the deep relaxation, hypnotherapy and working through the parts of you that have trauma attached and often hidden away. With the help of the Angelic Realm, all entities, negatively polarised beings, dark beings, A.I and any implants that are not for your highest good will be removed from your energetic body and then Claire will conduct an Energetic Chakra Rebuild with Aura Reseal using crystals, colour and sound therapy with Solfeggio tones. This combination encourages healing across the energetic body and aids protection from further negative attachments going forward.
Quite often, a second session is needed for the past life regression/quantum travel and Higher Self hypnotherapy section, due to the time taken in the first part with entity release. You will be gently guided to a past life or relevant incarnation/parallel life where you will be given information that can help you with your current lifetime/situation. From here you are transitioned to your Higher Self to ask the questions you have prepared.
Finally, Claire will talk you through the hypnosis and offer guidance for the future in relation to the information gathered during your session. Each appointment typically lasts around 3 to 3.5 hours so it is best to clear the rest of your day following the session. Following a Zoom online video call you will receive a video recording within 48 hours, if you have had an "in person" session you will receive an audio recording only.
